Germany 1: Frankfurt

I flew to Frankfurt to begin with, while Sarah sat her exams, poor girl.

I spent two lovely days with some of my relatives in Frankfurt. We had wonderful food (and lots!), and toured around Frankfurt’s inner city, as well as through Wiesbaden.

My first outing in Germany was to take a walk through the gorgeous forest near Hofheim (where my relos live), it was magic after being on a plane for 24 hours.

From Frankfurt I caught an ICE (Inter-City-Express) to Ilmenau where Daniel studies.
